As the new president addresses Congress for the first time, with Secretary Adams in attendance, Anahita Dahir, a young Foreign Service Officer on the Pakistan desk at the State Department, receives a puzzling text message from an anonymous source. Too late, she realizes the message was a hastily coded warning. What began as a series of apparent terrorist attacks turns out to be the beginning of an international chess game involving the volatile and byzantine politics of Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Iran; the race to develop nuclear weapons in the region; the Russian mafia; a nascent rogue terrorist organization; and a US government on its heels on the international stage.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
