The student begins training on reading the letter with its three vowels: fatha, damma, and kasra.

The student moves on to reading the letter extended with the three long vowels: alif, waw, and ya. Here, care must be taken not to add any vowel, because the long vowel letter does not move. We precede the three vowels: fatha, damma, and kasra.

The student identifies the letters from the moment they are placed on the magnetic board until they are written in the appropriate form, knowing that writing helps the student to consolidate the image of the letter, thus cementing the letter and its various forms in the student's mind.

Upon achieving the above, the student will be prepared for the next stage of learning the word in reading and writing.
