When I was young and lying on my bed, my grandmother used to sit next to me and start telling her story about the wolf that wanted to devour her sheep. It may seem like an ordinary story that doesn’t interest you, but for me, it was one of the fiercest and most violent epics on earth at that time! So I used to ask myself, “What do other grandmothers tell their children?” I grew up and my passion for this question grew until I was able to write down more than 190 different stories from all over the Arabian Peninsula. However, I wrote down some of them for you, conveyed them to you as I heard them from their narrator, so I hope you like them.
