I know your faults, and they are mine too... And this book is a friend who wants the best for us, a companion who knows us by heart, who supports us and explains to us that when we do things as we have always done, we should not be surprised to get the same results. But I can assure you that it doesn't take much to go from a life spoiled by bad habits to a life full of good ones. Because the body loves habits, quite simply. If you treat it well, it will compensate you a hundredfold. That's why this book is written in short texts, sometimes very short, but always to the point and helpful. You may read it in one go, but you will certainly come back to it again and again, as it is full of practical advice that can be followed immediately. I wanted and designed it in a simple and easy-to-follow style because that's my way of life and because that doesn't detract from its content, seriousness, or importance. You know me: I prefer persuasion to preaching, seduction to threats, education to intimidation. I believe there's no age to begin, no age to do what's right, no age to take charge of your health.
