In an age when this art was almost extinct, and were it not for the reader's knowledge of the author, he would think it was a literary piece that had been folded by the hand of time for successive eras, to appear today as a distinct reality. This book is a rich oasis, in which one can recover from the fatigue of thought, the weight of worries, and the hardships of life. From here arises the need for such a literary record, full of literary subtleties according to the controls that organize these matters, neither excess nor deficiency. The author - may God have mercy on him - was one of those who took his ample share of the sciences of Sharia, until he reached the rank of Mufti of his country. Likewise, in literature and poetry, he was the knight of the field, and one of those pointed to with the finger in them. And for this reason, his unique genius produced this wonderful book, which he organized into literary gatherings, from which the fragrance of perfume emanates. These gatherings were held in “The Diwan of Abu Tayyib al-Mutanabbi.” There was a clear harmony between the scent of Indian oud and the nickname of the unique Arabic poet Abu Tayyib al-Mutanabbi, as if he was inhaling the fragrance of his poetry. The author divided his book so that each section contains a mention and explanation of some of the Arabs’ characteristics, such as generosity and loyalty, chivalry and courage, tolerance and eloquence, magnanimity and self-esteem, good temper, and other qualities about which the Prophet, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, said: “I was only sent to perfect good morals.” This book is one of the indispensable literary books on this topic, and the language of Dad will smile at it, God willing.
