"Ta'abbat Sharran, whose name is Thabit ibn Jabir ibn Sufyan, whose lineage goes back to Qays Ailan ibn Mudar ibn Nizar, died in 540 AD, was one of the pre-Islamic vagabond poets who lived in the desert of Hijaz.
