The first part of the famous "Neurotic Conditions" trilogy, which opens with the line "I did not mourn my brother's death!" by novelist and human rights activist Tsitsi Dangarembga. The novel tells the story of an intelligent African girl named Tambudzai, who perseveres to obtain her right to education in a society where education is traditionally denied to men and where women are privileged. From an early age, the girl struggles within her small, extended family, under the shadow of her educated uncle, who controls the family's decisions and destinies with his money, and his rebellious daughter, Nyasha, from whom Tambudzai learns many truths about uncles, family, Africans, and white rulers.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
