“Stations from the Good Old Days” is a book in which the author reviews topics, events, and incidents, many of which he witnessed, some of which he learned about, and heard about from his fathers and grandfathers. It takes place during the period between the sixties and eighties of the last century.

These are real events, both sweet and bitter, that the author has formulated and presented with as much suspense and enjoyment as possible, and in a narrative and dialogue style, during which he moves from one station to another as if he were on an enjoyable and exciting train journey. This edition was limited to six stations through which the train passes through the Dubai Metro stations, and these are the stations whose locations are consistent and appropriate to the narrative of the events and facts included in this book. All the stations mentioned are locations historically linked to most of the events included in this edition, through which he recalls memories of the good old days in the old neighborhoods, then moves by train to other memories at the school station, and then continues walking to reach the hobby, pleasure and entertainment stations, and finally the station of travel memories in that beautiful time.
