This is the story of Michu, a black parrot, endemic to the Seychelles, who returns to his original home, a picturesque park called the Vallée de Mai. Left as an egg, he hatched and lived in London until his owner, John Patterson, decided it was only right that Michu live with others like himself. On his first day, Michu, with his amazing adaptability, made friends and adopted a new diet that others like him enjoy in his new tropical habitat. There, he has adventures and plays hide-and-seek with predators.
