The "Hidden Code" in the title refers to Jigar's firm belief that creating successful new ventures is as much a science as it is an art; every great endeavor begins with a dream and a vision, but establishing a successful venture relies on a set of "dos and don'ts" that anyone with the drive can learn. Sagar gained this vital experience the hard way; he worked his way up the career ladder as an employee, then as a manager, and later managed the launch of the first free zone in the UAE, based on a public-private partnership.
