How I Elevated My Consciousness: Initially, choosing a title for my book was easy. The first title that came to mind was "Intellectual Development Using Technical Terms," but shortly before publishing the book, I changed it to something closer to my heart. I also did this because the book's goal is to present the concept of self-development in a simplified manner, using the workings of technical terms. You may now be wondering, what does self-development have to do with technical terms? By the grace of God, I succeeded in writing this book, in which I discuss the secrets of the mind and its workings, based on scientific research conducted by experts in this field. I also explain some concepts related to self-development, linking them to simple technical terms that enable the reader to elevate their level of awareness and perception, while giving them the freedom to choose the individual approach that best suits them. My target audience is those who find it difficult to reach the highest levels of awareness regarding self-development. There's nothing wrong with that, as I personally only recently came to understand this world after my mind connected these mechanisms, inspiring me to return to writing to finally present my findings on this topic. My findings are supported by scientific research conducted by experts in the field of human psychology and my extensive experience in information technology. Therefore, I have written this article to simplify relevant concepts and clarify how the mechanism of the mind is linked to technical terms. Although the terminology in the field of information technology is extensive, I have chosen a small number of terms for the purpose of this book to facilitate the reader's understanding of their meaning and allow them to quickly relate them to the rationale behind self-improvement.
