Horse hair

A modern, revised and expanded version of the novel "Horses' Hair", which won the first Al-Bajrawiya Festival Award for Khartoum, Capital of Arab Culture 2005. In "Horses' Hair", man speaks of his own existence as if it were a universal existence, from his time as an unseen being, then an idea, then a sperm, then a fetus. In all of these states, he possesses the ability to see different eras as if they were a single, extended time. The novel flows through the tongue of the fetus, the omniscient narrator, as a biography of humanity, in which he narrates the story of his first ancestors as if it were his own story, touching on historical incidents in which human societies intersect with the Libyan society to which he will be born.
