What is "charisma"? Can it be acquired? And if so, how can their children acquire it?
In this book, we will answer this question. It is a blessing that can be acquired and cultivated in a person, just as morals, academic knowledge, and societal norms are cultivated.
We need to cultivate a culture of leadership, to give children the confidence and skills needed to lead. In this book, I found the best way is to divide it into two parts: one part directed at parents, including practical exercises that focus on the skills needed to acquire each child's "charisma." The other part is directed at the young men and women of tomorrow themselves, so that each one can master their role well and understand and know what they must do now in order to acquire most of the skills. There is also an attached book with many activities for children, and parents must supervise them until they master these exercises.
I've provided some very useful tips and practical exercises, especially for those working with really young children. If these positive qualities can be instilled in them early, they're more likely to take them on. The result will be leaders for a great future for our country.
I believe that if parents were aware of their role in shaping the character of their children, we would have a more moral and more charismatic society.
