Frustration is that disease that we do not know, but we know its effects. The most accurate medical devices will not be able to detect the location of frustration. These wonderful devices that can reach the smallest viruses and microbes, unfortunately, cannot detect frustration, but we certainly see its manifestations and effects. The greatest danger of disappointment and frustration, then depression and despair, is the hemorrhage of physical and mental abilities, which constitute the main structure of the human being and strongly push towards achieving goals. If we lose these abilities, we become routine, stereotypical creatures, suffering greatly for trivial reasons, and losing the motivation and incentive to move forward and develop.
