In the late last century, a strange rumor spread in Cairo about the disappearance of a “pregnant man.” The story was then forgotten amid the celebration of the new millennium, despite eyewitnesses confirming its truth, even if it defied imagination. Salama, a cleaner, has his life turned upside down after he experiences symptoms of an impossible pregnancy. A mysterious entity from within calls him by name, and when he responds, a long dialogue begins through telepathy, and they embark on an adventure that determines their shared destiny; seeking to understand this mystery or get rid of this shame, Salama reestablishes contact with Souma, his childhood friend who is a nurse, and his feelings for her are rekindled.
