Four protagonists' fates intertwine in a single day. The heroine wakes up seeking revenge on her lover, who is engaged to another woman. She connects with a young man over the phone by chance and begins a date with him. Meanwhile, a third young man, struggling and impoverished, is trying to make ends meet, enduring the daily commute. His sole aim is to treat his ailing mother and care for her as best he can. This young man encounters the heroine and the second man she is dating, but on a day that takes a completely unexpected and harrowing turn. At the same time, a fourth young man, driven by lust, leaves his home seeking a victim to harass. He stumbles upon the heroine and her date in a car, kissing. Impersonating a police officer, he attacks the young man and assaults the girl. Witnessing this, the struggling, impoverished young man decides to defend the heroine, who is being raped, ultimately sacrificing his life in the process.
