It was indeed a bird.. pitch black, and gigantic wings like an eagle's.. It approached the tree that the window overlooked quietly, and stood staring at me with its blood-red eyes.. No, it wasn't a crow if that's what you imagined.. In fact, I believe it doesn't resemble any other known bird on earth. It seemed to me that it came straight from the heart of hell!! Its mouth opened in a violent scream, as if someone was roasting it alive.. A scream that violently tore through the silence of the night, and almost shattered the glass windows of the house. The thing continued its terrifying screams, until it almost damaged my nerves, and ruptured my eardrums. I had no choice but to scream as well to relieve the pressure of what it was doing to my mind. Only a few seconds later, I lost consciousness.
