Mental health and its like are among the greatest treasures that a person acquires as a child, as it gives him a sense of security, and begins to establish a sound psychological structure, and a personality that enjoys balance and various abilities in adulthood, thus protecting him from exposure to neurotic conditions and mental illnesses.
Psychological awareness is the primary goal of simplifying Freud's theory. This work represents the first attempt to simplify and discuss Freud's entire theory, which is the most important, comprehensive, rich, and profound theory in psychology. Moreover, Freud is considered the only scientist who discovered the secrets of dreams and interpreted them scientifically, revealing their meanings and their connection to the psyches of those who dream them and their relationships with others.
Accordingly, this work includes a large number of dreams, foremost among them those analyzed by Freud. The author also systematically relied on providing examples and models that embody theoretical concepts and psychological states, which enhances knowledge for both the non-specialist reader and those seeking specialization in the field of psychology.
