The books on Fiqh rules available in our era have sufficed with what our esteemed jurists have presented to us regarding the advanced structural application of rulings based on these rules.

I have exerted great effort in tracing contemporary rulings, reaching over three hundred references cited herein.

This book constitutes the foundational stage of the jurisprudential framework within the renewed project "Encyclopedia of Landmarks of Ijtihad in Contemporary Fiqh," which aims to revive and renew jurisprudential thought and develop the capacity for inference and ijtihad in our time. The book belongs to the foundational and theoretical section of the Encyclopedia.

I ask Allah to grant us the completion of publishing the Encyclopedia with its eleven sections, to benefit the Ummah through it, and to make it purely for His noble countenance.

Hence, there was a pressing need for contemporary jurists and researchers to understand the modern application of these rules. This book comes to complete this important aspect, serving as a methodological refuge for students, researchers, scholars, and professors, especially in Sharia colleges and study circles.
