This is the most beautiful and greatest of al-Razi's books in the art of medicine. In it, he collected everything he found scattered concerning the mention of diseases and their treatment in all medical books of the ancients and those who came after them until his time, attributing what he quoted to its author, even though he died before its final editing. Its printing was based on the edition of the Nu'maniya Encyclopedia (25 volumes), resulting in 8 volumes. References to the page numbers of the Indian edition were added in the margins, and at the end of the book, the author included tables clarifying unknown words and terms with their commonly known meanings today, spanning about 275 pages. He explained diseases of the head, eyes, ears, nose, teeth, pharmacy, the derivation of names, weights, measures, and the rules for using drinks, foods, sleep, wakefulness, infectious diseases, skin diseases, and much more. The editor also identified some prominent figures and terms.
