If you are someone who loves to look impartially at everything, prefers to choose your own life path, and is not someone who blindly imitates others and is concerned with impressing them with what they have, you will find what you are looking for in this book. I am not saying that not following the art of self-denial will make you a person without purpose or value. There are those who have followed self-denial and achieved the opposite results because they were not truly aware of its philosophy. The fact is that when you read and understand the essence of this art and apply it while taking into account your principles and circumstances, you will certainly find much good in it. Without realizing it, we have imposed material restrictions and shackles that have made us forget our purpose in this world, not only in the religious sense, but in the worldly sense as well. For example, we have begun to measure success by false standards, encourage our children to achieve those standards, and ignore the means. Our souls have become captive to material accumulation, which has truly robbed us of our souls. This is a call to stand with ourselves and try to follow what benefits us from this art so that we can reclaim ourselves, our society, and our environment.
