It included a comprehensive introduction where the author paved the way for the most important topics he chose to highlight in the book, which are related to both local and Gulf affairs, as well as other preparations stemming from events and stages of His Highness's personal biography, which were never separate from the popular and official atmospheres after major and shocking events witnessed in the region, such as the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, how it was liberated, the death of the two pillars and founders of the Union, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum "may God have mercy on them," and the amendment of the interim constitution. As for the larger part of the book, His Highness dedicated it to the mental journey towards paths of development and prosperity in the fields of science, knowledge, and culture, whose initial and vibrant features were shaped amidst His Highness's visions and perspectives for the future of the Emirate of Sharjah, and how to realize the dream of transforming it into a permanent capital of culture with its local, Arab, Islamic, and global dimensions.
