Tafsir al-Sa'di is an exegesis that focuses on clarifying the intended meaning of a verse with clear and concise phrasing, mentioning the meanings or rulings contained within the verse, whether explicit or implicit, without digression, mentioning stories or Isra'iliyat, or quoting sayings that deviate from the intended meaning, or mentioning grammatical analyses, unless the meaning depends on it. It emphasized the establishment of the Salafi creed, turning to God, deriving legal rulings, fundamental principles, jurisprudential benefits, and Quranic guidance, in addition to other benefits which it sometimes elaborates on. In its exegesis, it pays attention to the verses of attributes, interpreting them according to the creed of the people of Sunnah.
