One of Al-Razi's most important books, it is truly a medical and health constitution for daily life across all times, places, and ages, unparalleled even in our modern era. Its author intended it to be a book for both commoners and elites to understand human ailments. He begins with a wonderful descriptive overview of the human body's organs, then describes the natural instinct of this body created by the Almighty Creator, highlighting the wisdom behind the structure of the human body and the nature or physiology that the Almighty instilled within it. In the book, we see the cautious scholar's concern for humanity, warning against the mistakes made by ignorant individuals who overstep into the medical profession. All of this is accompanied by a description of various diseases suitable for addressing physicians and others in a splendid and entertaining literary, narrative, and descriptive style. Many researchers and orientalists have described and praised this book, studying, verifying, and publishing it in whole or in parts. It has been translated into several languages, including Latin, and sections of it have been published due to their extreme importance, such as the section on anatomy, which was printed alongside similar works by Avicenna's Canon and Ali ibn Abbas's Kitab al-Kamil. The section on physiognomy was also published, from which many physiognomists, such as Sheikh al-Rabwa and Fakhr al-Din al-Razi, drew their knowledge. Due to the book's immense importance, Ibn al-Hashsha' included a dictionary titled "Dictionary of Al-Mansouri" or (Beneficial Sciences and Dispeller of Worries), and many authors have drawn from this dictionary.
