This book is not a magic formula, nor a promise of a perfect life, but rather an honest space that reminds you that the light begins from within you.

It doesn't claim that the world has changed, but rather that you are the one who has changed. You have come to see yourself honestly, embrace yourself with love, and accompany yourself consciously.

It is a book for those who choose to be true to themselves, to give themselves love and satisfaction, and to live the moment with presence, not escape.

It is a whisper from within saying: "I see you... I love you... and I will stay here for you."

A personal experience that arose from a real situation, within the first edition of the International Creativity Ambassadors Forum in Abu Dhabi, where I was honored by His Excellency Sheikh Salem bin Rakad Al Ameri, and received the title of International Creativity Ambassador for the year 2024.

There I spoke about my personal experience, and how I was able to overcome my fears, and since that day, I decided to draw inspiration from that experience for a book in which I would put my experience, my experiences and my feelings, in the hope that it would be a glimmer of light for someone who needs to remember that he is not alone.
