Space Diplomacy and Communications Engineering

Nasser Abdul Latif Bin Hammad is a PhD candidate in diplomacy and international relations. He holds an Executive Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree with first-class honors in Communications Engineering. He is a certified trainer from the Emirates Society of Management Consultants and Trainers. He was the first Emirati and Gulf national to be elected and represent the country as a member of the Radio Regulations Board of the International Telecommunication Union in 2014.
