The basic principle in language is the objective expression of things in words. This is because the distance is fixed since the first awareness between three places indicated by Aristotle in the Book of Expression (Peri Hermeneias): things in the intractability of their thingness, the states of the soul and the impressions we obtain as a result of our experience of these intractable things, the sounds that they utter and the words that formulate them.
In varying degrees, depending on the nature of our cultural affiliations. Most people believe that their words are the essence of their experiences, and that their experiences are the essence of things. Therefore, they do not hesitate to claim infallibility in constructing their doctrines, as they firmly believe that they have nullified this salvific distance.
