Since prayer is an act of worship in which one is devoted to God Almighty alone, and in which one cultivates the soul on the meanings of faith that prepare the believer for a dignified life in this world and eternal happiness in the hereafter,

From here, the importance of this message emerges in defining prayer, its status, and explaining its rulings.
