How do we establish psychology from an Islamic perspective?
What are the types of people mentioned in the Holy Quran, from the beginning of Surat Al-Baqarah to Surat An-Nas, so that we can reject the nonsense of stereotyping people based on zodiac signs, body language, or energy sciences, and avoid making unwise judgments?

The study of the human soul, from the moment of the creation of Adam, peace be upon him, and his wife, requires foundations from the Lord of mankind, not from the temporary theories of people, nor from personal whims that exhaust the soul with excessive complexity and analysis.

There is zero distance between the human soul’s perceptions and its actions.
The safe distance between you and yourself is the Qur’an. Whoever takes care of the Qur’an, the Most Merciful will take care of him and prevent him from himself. Thus, he will build palaces, see from the light, and live in joy.

Either you become preoccupied with God, or He preoccupies you with people, and you are deprived of the pleasure of faith, and you continue to struggle with insomnia and anxiety in reality and dreams!
