It is a book that discusses the ten recitations of the Holy Qur'an according to the two chains of transmission of the Qur'an: al-Durrah and al-Shatibiyyah, which are two versified texts of the Qur'anic recitations: al-Shatibiyyah by al-Qasim ibn Fira al-Shatibi, and al-Durrah by Ibn al-Jazari.
