About the book:
The author has simplified the story of the revelation and set out to understand the rules through the forms of sukoon and tanween and the mechanisms and tenses of letters. This was after noticing the reason for the weakness of most of the outputs from the Quran memorization courses, which is their lack of knowledge of the facts of the revelation and its compilation in the copies of the Quran and then its control, and their direct engagement with the rules related to Tajweed.

The writer says:

“One of the reasons that helps one to contemplate the Qur’an is good recitation and performance, and this can only be achieved by reciting it orally from the mouths of skilled sheikhs and professors. Likewise, the science of the script and its rules of pronunciation helps one to understand the secrets and eloquence of the Qur’an and the true purpose of contemplating it.”

In this book, the author has been keen to explain the rules of writing and diacritics in the Qur’an in a way that serves both beginners and advanced students, and to connect theory with practice. She has named it “Al-Sabt,” meaning ease and simplicity, due to its simplicity and the lack of length in mentioning dates and graduations of many hadiths, in addition to enriching it with the drawing of mental maps and tables that make it easy for the student to understand what is meant by them without difficulty.

The writer, Amani bint Muhammad Ashour, is a certified trainer and licensed in the ten minor readings, both singular and plural, according to the Shatibiyyah and Durrah methods, and the ten major readings according to Tayyibat al-Nashr. In addition, she teaches and licenses the ten minor and major readings, both singular and plural.
