How do you read the ten major readings as the easiest narration for you?
Praise be to God alone, and peace and blessings be upon the one after whom there is no prophet. Now then:
Based on the importance of the aspect of #knowledge for students of the science of readings, especially in this era in which ambitions have weakened considerably and determinations have been paralyzed in the aspect of knowledge!!
This is unacceptable and justifies the loss of the narration, since preserving the narrations of the Great Qur’an has two essential wings: the establishment of the narration and the acknowledgment of the knowledge that is the basis for understanding this statement, by knowing the rules upon which it was founded, and the principles to which it is referred for establishing, codifying, and analogizing when there is disagreement about it. For the knowledge of the knowledge corrects the error and clarifies the arguments for the correct statement, especially in what the later scholars disputed.
Therefore, our explanation of the #Tayyibat_al-Nashr recitations is to make the #student understand, to facilitate the comprehension of the #reader, and to provide a reference for the #reciter to rely on in controlling many of the scientific issues that are disputed, with regard to the recitations of the ten major readings. For in taking the text that the imams transmitted to us, and what the learned ones who are at the top of the Muslim scholars knew, and what they preserved for us in their works - there is protection from error, correction of mistake, and steadfastness on the straight path. And there is no power or strength for us except with God, the Most High, the Most Great.
The author of Al-Rawd said: “Therefore, if the student memorized the entire Tayyiba by heart, he would not be able to read the readings according to its content, due to the branching of the paths. So there is no way to read according to the content of Tayyiba except by freeing the differing readings from the combination, and that is by attributing the paths to their owners, which is called the editing, and by knowing them the reader is saved from the mixing and combining that is impossible in narration, as will become clear later when talking about the editing.”

Therefore, I sought God’s help in creating a work that is based on strengthening the editing aspect and that the student uses to understand and comprehend, and its value is only known to those who have risen in this science, namely, the explanation of the poem #Tanqih_Fath_al-Karim by the scholar Ahmad Abdul Aziz Al-Zayyat (d. 1424 AH), which is an abridgment of #Fath_al-Karim by the scholar of his time, Muhammad bin Ahmad, known as Al-Mutawalli (d. 1313 AH), and it is the most accurate, precise and strongest of the edits, as the scholar Al-Zayyat mentioned (its editing has increased in research and precision. It has clarified every editing of Tayyiba), and I named it (#Laali’ al-‘Iqd al-Nazim, an explanation of Tanqih Fath al-Karim in editing the aspects of the Great Qur’an).
#Chapter_One: In it, I explained several important issues that the student cannot do without understanding, which are:
1- An important introduction to the science of #editing.
2- Important rules for controlling the understanding of #editing_rules among scholars.
3- Explanation of the eighty ways transmitted from the ten reciters through publication and their sources, through the poem: (The Eighty Ways) by the scholar Amer Othman (d. 1408 AH).
4- The sections of the editorials were explained to the readers.
5- The methods of editing were explained by the investigators.
6- I explained the general edits that the readers participated in; this was for the sake of brevity so that they would not be repeated with each reader.
- #Chapter_Two: In it, I explained the system of (#Revision_of_Fath_al-Karim) by the scholar Al-Zayyat, and I divided the edits of each #narration separately; so that it would be easier for the student to be familiar with the edits of each reader in particular, with practice and scheduling of each edit.
- #Chapter_Three: I have revised the text of (#Al-Tanqih) according to what I learned from my teachers, with commentary on it in the margin, so that it is easier for the student to memorize and understand it in a simple way.
Then know, my dear student, that the poem revising Fath al-Karim is arranged according to the chapters of the Qur’an. The number of verses in the poem is (462) verses, which al-Zayyat abridged from Fath al-Karim by the scholar al-Mutawalli, and he sometimes changed his words for the sake of brevity and added and deleted according to what Imam al-Mutawalli said in al-Rawd al-Nadhir, so he said: And from his garden, I added benefits from it. So, O Lord, make its benefit widespread and accept it.
The opening reached (797) verses, and the reason for the difference between the revision and its original is several matters that I explained in the book.
-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴-̴
As for my methodology in the book, I have clarified the subject of the poem and the methodology of its author, and I have explained it in a comprehensive and organized manner, focusing on what benefits its reader. This is evident from several things, which are:
1- I gave a title to each edit before starting to explain it.
2- I divided the poem according to the editing and explanation of the strange words, and I explained it in points, so that it would be clear in meaning and easy in expression.
3- I sought to clarify the editing by mentioning one or more exercises, so this explanation was #scheduled; to distinguish it from others, and to be accessible to the student and easy for him to understand.
4- I invoked the witness of the conquest in the #Takbir edits related to each edit.
5- I distributed the differences between the methods of narration, citing the words of #Ibn_al-Jazari a lot, and I added many benefits to it.
6- I mentioned the attribution of many faces attributed to the publication or the system of attributing the methods to the scholar Al-Mutawalli in the lower margins; to help the student understand it.
7- I will clarify many points of contention regarding the word if it is limited to a few points, for the sake of clarity.
8- Training and scheduling each edit to make it easier for the student to understand the edit.
With all of the above, it has been distinguished, and this is due to our keenness to benefit the student of this knowledge as much as possible, and God is sufficient for me and He is the best of guardians.
It contained (791) colored pages.
As for the difference between this explanation and the explanation of our Sheikh, the scholar Al-Zayyat:
With God’s grace and favor, I made sure that this work was not a repetition of what had been done before, and that it contained important benefits that the student needs and that make it easy for him to understand and master. So I worked on explaining the text, adding to it what is not in other texts, and I attached other sections to it. Its explanation is as follows:
1- To provide titles for all the edits included in the systems, in order to clarify the subject of each issue before explaining it, so that it is easier to control it.
2- I frequently cited the opening of the generous one in parallel with the poem, and I added what the poet neglected, and I clarified its evidence.
3- A statement of the author's disagreement with the opening, along with a statement of the preference between that.
4- Mentioning the rules of general and specific takbir related to the recitations of the Qur’an.
5- Detailing the methods and citing the words of the publisher regarding that.
6- Attaching to the explanation some clear clarifications from the words of Ibn al-Jazari.
7- A complete summary of the revisions of each narration for the entire Qur’an, so that the one who seeks the major recitation may benefit, and a complete resource for the one who seeks the collection, as it contains a complete enumeration of the revisions of each narration.
8- Attributing many faces to their origins, as in publishing.
9- Scheduling all the edits included in the systems; so that it is clear and evident to the explainer and the student.
10- Explaining the two rules: (probability and specialization) before starting the explanation, so that the student can understand the amendments correctly.
That is a complete ten, and I ask God to grant us sincerity and not deprive us of the reward and to grant this work success and acceptance.
