All of these are dangerous trends unless the Muslim is armed with the weapon of correct belief based on the Qur’an and Sunnah.
And what the predecessors of the nation were upon; it is likely to be swept away by those misleading currents, and this is what requires complete care.
By teaching the correct belief to the children of Muslims, from its authentic sources; therefore, this (Book of Monotheism - The Effects) is a book on the science of monotheism.
The author - may God preserve him - took care to be brief and simple in expression, and he quoted it from many sources.
The books of our eminent imams - especially the books of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and the books of the scholar Ibn al-Qayyim,
Sheikh Al-Islam Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab and his students, the imams of the blessed call, wrote - may God have mercy on them.
