The virtuous Egyptian sheikha, with a high chain of transmission, Kawthar bint Muhammad bin Abdul Fattah bin Al-Khawli, who has been licensed to recite the recitation of Hafs from Asim and the ten minor and major recitations, by a group of virtuous, proficient sheikhs who are well-known in different countries. She is the author of many books on the sciences of Quranic Tajweed and the ten recitations, the most famous of which are the book (Siraj Al-Bahathin An Muntaha Al-Itqan Fi Tajweed Al-Quran), the book (Siraj Al-Saireen Ala Darb Al-Mujawwad), and the book (Manarat Al-Saireen Fi Jami’ Al-Qira’at Al-Ashra Al-Sughra). She has also licensed a group of proficient sisters to recite the recitation of Hafs alone or to combine the ten minor and major recitations.
