Khatrat is the plural of khatra and it can be khatrat (with a fatha on the taa) or khatrat (with a sukoon on the taa). A khatra is what comes to mind. I wanted to put together some of those khatras throughout my administrative career, a mixture of practical experience and academic knowledge that came to me from time to time. They are khatras that I gathered from every direction to enrich, even a little, the contemporary administrative journey. I put them in this humble book so that the ambitious emerging administrator can benefit from them, and perhaps he will come up with some ideas that will illuminate his path.
