I have divided this book entitled (Atlas of Caliph Omar bin Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) into four chapters as follows: Chapter One: Omar bin Al-Khattab in the Meccan Era (Pre-Islamic Period). Chapter Two: Omar bin Al-Khattab in the Medinan Era. Chapter Three: The Caliphate of Omar bin Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) from (13 AH - 13 AH), and it is divided into five chapters: Chapter One: The Conquest of Iraq. Chapter Two: The Conquest of Iran. Chapter Three: The Conquest of the Levant and Palestine. Chapter Four: The Conquest of Egypt and Libya. Chapter Five: The Civilizational Systems in the Era of Caliph Omar bin Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him). Chapter Four: Reflections on Omar - may Allah be pleased with him. This atlas has come to meet the need of the Islamic library for maps that cover one of the greatest periods of human brilliance throughout history. What facilitated the process of producing this book at this good level is the abundance of primary historical sources such as the book "History of Nations and Kings" by Imam al-Tabari, "Futuh al-Buldan" by Imam al-Baladhuri, and "Tarikh al-Madinah" by Ibn Shabbah, and others, which I have tried to translate into maps, drawings, and data. Among contemporary books, I have greatly benefited - after Allah - from the works of the great professor Ahmed Adel Kamal in (The Islamic Conquests Series) and (The Atlas of the History of Cairo), which were distinguished by their selection of correct narratives from unsound ones, a notable distinction of this blessed series. In addition, there are some other valuable references such as "The Era of the Rightly-Guided Caliphate" by Dr. Akram Diaa al-Omari, "Fasl al-Khitab fi Sirah Umar ibn al-Khattab" by Dr. Ali Muhammad al-Dalabi, and "The Leaders of the Islamic Conquests" series by Major General Mahmoud Sheet Khattab. In addition to other sources and references in which I found what I was looking for after Allah Almighty, as I have mentioned them at the end of each chapter or section. Finally, I thank God Almighty who made it easy for me to publish this book in this poor condition. I also extend my sincere thanks to everyone who had a hand in publishing and completing this work, and I would like to mention in particular the honorable educator and distinguished professor Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Thunayan.
