A grain of wheat confused me

When I learned that there are things in our lives we were unaware of, the most important of which is that we are embarking together on a beautiful journey, and that we will wake up in love with our hearts and our days. Let us not be upset if no one understands us; everyone has the right to express an opinion. Not everyone who disagrees with us in our beliefs does not understand us; disagreement has been a tradition since time immemorial, and it is the reason many of our false beliefs have been amended and returned to their right path, respecting reason; this is the tradition of Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. Take care of your heart: We walk with our hearts for one another to relieve stress and psychological pressure, not to lose weight. We walk to heal our behaviors that are destructive to our relationships and to revitalize our inspiring, smiling souls. This represents a powerful goal of walking for the hearts, and an indisputable truth. The cure for all these diseases is walking for the hearts. Doctors say: There is no physical or psychological illness that walking for the heart does not play a role in treating. If every heart doctor could prescribe a medicine to treat our hearts, we would unite, harmonize, and love one another. A quote I liked from a doctor who said: If a walking track were built for our souls first, and then for the hearts of those around us, then worry and grief would not enter our relationships, and distress and pain would leave us.
