It is no secret to all of us - in the Gulf States - our urgent need for the assistance of domestic workers of all categories; to help us in fulfilling our needs at home, work, and elsewhere. Many of us are ignorant of their rights and obligations. Some homeowners fall victim to workers or recruitment offices, some workers may fall victim to exploitation by homeowners and offices, and some service offices may fall victim to the stubbornness and recklessness of homeowners due to their ignorance of their legal rights and obligations; due to their lack of understanding of the provisions of the law; either due to its difficulty or their lack of interest in it. Therefore, I wanted to ask everyone's permission to enter their homes and explain the cases through which they may preserve their rights to a large extent, if they follow the cases that I inspired from the texts and articles of the Domestic Service Law, in an easy and simple way. This is done by publishing a book that serves as awareness messages. I had the idea of ​​collecting and organizing them and placing them on the shelves of your home offices for you to read and benefit from.
Most Gulf countries' laws regarding domestic workers are almost similar, and sometimes identical, due to the similarity of factors, customs, and traditions in the Gulf countries.
I decided to put the questions and examples in the form of imaginations whose events revolve around (Kumari) and (Arbab), the two most famous characters in the Gulf. (Kumari) we knew as a domestic worker since our childhood in Gulf series and this name has become ingrained in the majority of people, and (Arbab) is also commonly used in the Gulf to be often given to the employer or sponsor.
