xSultan's Interventions in the Direct Line Program 2011-2017
This content comprises the contributions of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of the Emirate of Sharjah, through the "Direct Line" program broadcast on Sharjah Radio, specifically since December 2011. Since then, diverse and richly meaningful contributions have followed. From that date, followers of the program and the general public have desired to document these contributions due to their immense importance in providing robust historical information supported by names and dates. There is a clear need to publish them in a documentary book so that they remain preserved in personal and public libraries, just as they are preserved in the hearts and minds of the public and admirers of Sheikh Dr. Sultan Al Qasimi, the human, the intellectual, and the ruler.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send Email or contact us via WhatsApp number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
