In a private dining hall in Auschwitz, Hoos sat at an elegant table for one, topped with sumptuous dishes containing gourmet food. A 1932 Château Lateau wine was poured into a crystal glass. He stirred it, sniffed it, and then tasted it. He wouldn't let the stress and pressure of his job deprive him of life's little luxuries. Staggering with intoxication, Beretzky entered his room in the Auschwitz barracks. He kicked the door shut, staggered, and then fell awkwardly onto his bed. With difficulty, he unbuckled his gun belt from his arm and threw it over the bedpost. He stretched out on his bed and noticed that the lamp above him was still lit, directly in his eyes. He tried to get out of bed but failed, so he moved his arm awkwardly in search of his weapon. When he found it, he took it out of its holster after an initial unsuccessful attempt. On the next attempt, he succeeded in "putting down" the stubborn lamp, then dropped the pistol to the floor and fell asleep.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send Email or contact us via WhatsApp number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
