The patient and steadfast Imam Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Hanbal, the sedition of the creation of the Qur’an was ignited in his time and its sparks flew at the jurists and scholars of Islam, some of them fled from its fire and some of them evaded it, but Imam Ahmad stood with patience, steadfastness, and strength of belief and faith like a solid mountain, repelling and defending, repelling and protecting, responding and issuing fatwas. From here, Imam Ahmad was the undisputed hero of this battle, the battle of the creation of the Qur’an, and from here his name was linked to it and its tragedy was connected to him, may God have mercy on him.
This book depicted that unique heroism in confronting the armies of falsehood in the most creative way. It depicted the power and faith, the imprisonment of the home and the freedom of the soul, the shackles of iron and the freedom of the heart and tongue, and the duty of scholars in confronting evil. So this book was a picture of the upright behavior and what the preacher should have in terms of steadfastness in belief, strength in faith, and firmness in the truth.
