The goddess Inanna is the first goddess of love and beauty in history, but she did not enjoy her love and beauty. She was a model of femininity whose heart and beauty were distorted by the prevailing masculinity. The legend of this virgin goddess is not limited to her relationship with Dumuzi, but begins with her appearance in the sixth millennium BC, with the mother goddess who was oppressed by the male revolution, until her end and disappearance. Therefore, we will examine the history of this goddess from her first appearance in prehistoric times, until her transformation into a fierce, destructive goddess, then her replacement by Ishtar, then her fading and dissolution into other goddesses. Her legendary epic with Dumuzi will be the central axis upon which this history is based. We have concluded that Inanna could be the pivotal and fundamental idea in the male revolution with the mother goddess. The goddess Inanna is the first shining example that implicitly explains to us how this revolution occurred, its stages in the feminine divinity, and its manifestations in her life and history. Thus, the sky god (An) led the male revolution and wrought his deed upon the female divinity, turning her into dust, a shambling example of what happened to most women throughout human history. Women were humiliated by the males who surrounded them, and were only honored as an old mother to males, as a form of formal consolation. Our book explains all this in detail and observes the subtle changes that Inanna underwent until she reached her final, miserable state. It was only natural for the Akkadians to make her the mistress of battles, wars, and bloodshed. This would be blatantly evident in the Babylonian and Assyrian Ishtar and her Syrian counterpart, Anat.
