This book shows how success in school, sports, the arts, and in every different area of ​​life is affected by the way we think and view our talents and abilities. People with a fixed mindset, who believe that their abilities are fixed and cannot be developed, are less likely to flourish than people with a growth mindset, who believe that their abilities can be developed and improved. To demonstrate the difference between the two mindsets, the author presented an objective analysis of a group of the most prominent famous figures in the administrative and sports fields. Then she explained with examples how the growth mindset helped many shine and how the fixed mindset caused others to be limited and contributed to their abject failure.
