Jewels of the House of Prophethood

Allah Almighty said: (O wives of the Prophet, you are not like any other women...) They are the ones chosen by the Lord of the Worlds to bear the name of the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
The wives of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, were the jewels of the house of prophethood. They had stories and situations from which we must extract, understand, and learn lessons. Each jewel had a beautiful title; some were called the Pure One, some the Mother of the Destitute, and some were scholars in medical sciences. Other jewels suffered in the early days of Islam during the two migrations to Abyssinia. Their lives were full of giving, patience, generosity, love, and chastity.
This book summarizes the biographies of the Mothers of the Believers, with a brief overview of their lives and the stages of their marriages, and the true meaning of the Messenger's marriage to them, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Sometimes his marriage carried a new legislation, sometimes it solved an issue, sometimes it established a desirable custom, and sometimes it was an honor for a husband who was martyred in a raid or battle.
Polygyny in that era was considered a noble sacrifice and a sublime message. It was a great life with the one who sowed and planted the first seed in Islam.
