Praise be to Allah, who has commanded us to contemplate His Noble Book, saying: “This is a blessed Book which We have sent down, that they may reflect upon its verses.” He has also made clear to us that our success, prosperity, and honor lie in it, saying: “We have certainly sent down to you a Book in which is your remembrance.” In this book (A verse taught me), we have gathered contemplative pauses and interpretive subtleties deduced by the eminent imams of interpretation, to facilitate the reader’s understanding and contemplation of the verses of the Noble Book, and to help him draw closer to the Noble Qur’an, so that he may live his life with the Qur’an, understanding, contemplating, reciting, and acting upon it. I ask Allah to make this work sincerely for His Noble Face, and to accept it and benefit from it.
