About the author: Muhammad Al-Saffar

He is an international consultant and trainer in management sciences and skills. He has held senior management positions in several countries around the world. Al-Saffar began his professional life at a young age, working in trade, carpentry, freelance work, and management. He is also a painter, calligrapher, mountain climber, and diving instructor.  

Mohammed Al-Saffar is considered one of the most prominent specialists in management and leadership. Over the course of twenty years, he has presented more than 30 methodological intellectual models. He has also published and written works in both English and Arabic, the most widely read of which are (Against the Tide? Or in the Right Direction?) and (Talent Management in Media Organizations).  

As a behavioral counselor, he has gained practical experience in dealing with and evaluating behaviors over the years, which has prompted him to compile this experience into his new book, "Be Beautiful, Be Happy," which was designed based on his own model, The Seven Dimensions of Happiness.
