I was a glow shining in the heart of light, a thread of melody that knows no silence. I was not born to question, nor was I prepared to bow down, but for one moment the balance of dawn tipped, and then the sky stretched out beneath my feet like an abyss with no bottom, and the light slipped from between my fingers as certainty slips at the first doubt. The fall was not a movement in space, but a fracture in meaning, a crack in the melody that I thought was eternal. The earth approached with cruel slowness, and the heavens shrank, and from that moment I was no longer light, but a shadow searching for its echo, and a letter that separated from the sentence... and every night became a mirror of what was stolen, and every silence a mass that is repeated.
