"Doesn't love have a right?
If he dies, he has no right.
"I Saw in the Sleeping Dreams" is a collection of short stories, first published in 1982. It includes five beautifully condensed short stories, in addition to "I Saw in the Sleeping Dreams", which consists of 17 fictional dreams. The stories' characters are strange and navigate life with broken spirits.
“A little religion is beneficial, but too much of it is dangerous and distressing.”
In "Ahl Al-Hawa," we find a group of followers and those angry with the teacher, Ni'mat Allah, surrounding her. The woman appears to be both controlling and loving at the same time, as a legendary female surrounded by stories and tales of her own strength.
"When a woman gives herself, the relationship is legitimate and blessed."
It is noteworthy that the cinema was inspired by the short story collection, the film “The Date Agency,” directed by Hossam El-Din Mustafa in 1982.
