Circumstances force him to move his family to settle in Cairo, after his son joins the Faculty of Medicine in that bustling city. Due to his aforementioned competence, dedication, and loyalty to his work, he manages – with the help of his former boss – to obtain the same rank as an archive employee in one of the obscure mental health hospitals after the death of the previous employee. He is surprised by the overwhelming chaos, which he manages to organize with the help of (Uncle Hasib), the man who will tell Professor Abdel Salam things that will make children's hair turn gray.
