Our book is "The Methods of the Wayfarers and the Conditions of Leaders and Innovators." It talks about leadership and the leader. Human gatherings, modern societies, and countries cannot be fit or organized without wise leadership that seeks the interests of its followers, bringing goodness and virtues and repelling evil and vices without monopolization, injustice, or neglect. The successful leader is the one who achieves his goals in an economical manner and within a psychological atmosphere that satisfies his followers, whether the leader assumed leadership by proxy, delegation, or agency.
